Job summary

Luma Financial Technologies is seeking a Client Relationship Manager Associate for its Zurich team. You will liaise with EMEA private banks and wealth managers, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the Luma platform and its derivatives offerings.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations across regions to deliver accurate service and successful adoption of new features. Strong data skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Intellectual curiosity about financial markets and technology; exposure to structured products, annuities, or alternative investments is a plus, and willingness to learn is required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and comfort with large datasets; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, including comfort presenting demos and updates.
• Ability to self-start, manage multiple projects and shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client executives, product owners, and implementation teams.
• Understand each client’s goals and business requirements on the platform and help them achieve those goals.
• Become an expert on the Luma platform and on structured products and derivatives, and help clients understand and implement them in their investment portfolios.
• Assist Key Account Managers with client onboarding, account setup, marketing materials, and strategies to grow the client base.
• Provide platform demos and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
