Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets and fintech.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating with technical teams.
• Excellent attention to detail in financial data and reporting.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with private banks, wealth managers and institutional clients across EMEA.
• Support client onboarding, account management, platform adoption and ongoing relationship management.
• Provide platform demonstrations, product updates and technical support to clients.
• Manage daily platform operations, troubleshoot client issues, and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reporting for accuracy across financial transactions.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor financial performance and support structured product pricing and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to improve client experience and platform functionality.
• Support new product launches, project tracking and process improvements.
• Assist with financial data analysis and platform enhancements using Excel, SQL, or Python.
