Job summary

Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA) is seeking a Client Associate to support the team in Zurich. You will manage client portfolios, oversee account administration, and help ensure smooth onboarding and timely account closures.

You will monitor risk and compliance indicators, assist relationship managers with KYC and meeting organization, and bring a strong client-service mindset backed by solid knowledge of financial products and markets, plus proficient IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar banking role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong ability to deliver high-level client service.
• Solid understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and support management of a client portfolio.
• Administer client accounts (cash management, transfers, orders, renewals).
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators.
• Support relationship managers with KYC matters and meeting prep.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and timely closure of accounts.
