Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with private banks, wealth managers and institutional clients across EMEA.

• Manage daily platform operations, troubleshoot client issues, and maintain user accounts and permissions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to improve client experience and platform functionality.

• Comfortable interacting with clients, delivering presentations, and collaborating with technical teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in financial data accuracy and reporting.
• Fluent English required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or technology.
• Experience working with European private banks, wealth managers, or investment firms.
• Knowledge of structured products, derivatives, annuities, or alternative investments.
• Basic SQL and Python skills; familiarity with AWS is an advantage.
• German and/or French language skills.
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
