Zusammenfassung

SolarEdge Technologies in Switzerland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers on-site, ensure high system performance, and act as a key technical partner in the region.

You will install and commission PV systems, perform maintenance and on-site training, and collaborate with support and account teams across Switzerland, occasionally covering France or Belgium. A strong background in Electrical/Electronic Technologies and 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in French and English; German a plus.
• Experience in solar/photovoltaics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Install and commission residential and commercial PV systems.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and on-site training for customers in Switzerland (and sometimes SE France/Belgium).
• Serve as a key contact for defined accounts and internal teams (Swiss Romandie).
• Collaborate with Technical Support to manage field issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Create and present account analyses and field findings to optimize processes and products.
