Zusammenfassung

Signode is seeking a Service Team Manager to lead a team of field service technicians in Switzerland. You will drive service value, manage budgets, and develop plans to ensure geographic coverage while meeting customer demands.

You will collaborate with regional sales and service leaders to promote Reliability Services, implement new offerings, and expand maintenance agreements, upgrades, and proactive services across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Degree required in engineering, commercial business or sales; or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in managing teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of Signode equipment portfolio and its value propositions.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Develop business plans with Regional Sales Managers and provide sales forecasts.
• Drive KPI performance: customer satisfaction, first time fix, responsiveness, billable hours, revenue.
