Bristol Myers Squibb in Switzerland (Boudry campus) seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as senior People leader and strategic advisor, shaping site People strategy in partnership with Manufacturing, Quality, and global teams.

You will drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, while guiding leaders through change and leveraging data analytics to strengthen workforce readiness and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership effectiveness in followership, innovation, program management, and executive coaching.
• Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive business and talent decisions.
• Expertise in talent management, including end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HR leadership for the Boudry campus with site executives and managers.
• Lead local workforce strategy execution aligned with enterprise direction and regulatory requirements.
• Represent HR in site leadership forums and governance bodies, offering insights and challenge.
• Strategically partner with Product Development & Supply leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
