Jaeger-LeCoultre in Meyrin, Switzerland, invites applications for a strategic Supply Chain Manager to shape regional stock strategy and drive efficiency. You will partner with Markets, HQ, Commercial and Marketing to align demand, supply, and launch plans, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimal inventory across core ranges.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience in supply chain management, and fluency in English; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and planning systems
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage complex projects and influence/lead sessions with retail and commercial experts.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively with strong organizational skills.
• Ideally SAP experience/knowledge
• Business proficient in English (both spoken and written); mastering another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the overall sales forecast process for the region.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and marketing teams to ensure consistency with budget, collection strategy, and launch strategy.
• Ensure sales forecast accuracy as a key KPI.
• Deploy assortment and auto-replenishment strategy throughout the network on the core range.
• Define an implementation strategy for novelties and ensure flawless execution.
• Arbitrate allocation choice priorities during periods of scarcity and shortages.
• Organize and execute travelling collection circulation on high-end pieces.
• Conduct sales and stock reporting, analysis, and business intelligence for the region.
• Lead monthly regional meetings to ensure alignment with marketing and sales on current situations.
• Define and drive collaborative action plans.
• Lead and deploy strategic projects for the region and markets to optimize operations organization and workflows, improving overall business performance and efficiency.
• Challenge the status quo and support markets’ operations teams in identifying improvement areas and developing effective solutions.
