Valtria, a leader in engineering and installation of clean rooms, seeks a Senior HR Operations Specialist to coordinate HR operations across Europe with emphasis on Switzerland and Germany. The role requires 8+ years in HR Operations, fluent English and German, and strong stakeholder management in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 8 years in HR Operations, International HR Administration or similar.
Strong knowledge of Swiss & German labor environments and HR processes.
Fluent English and German (written and spoken) mandatory.
Spanish knowledge valued; Nordic or other European countries experience a plus.

Aufgaben

Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across multiple European countries, including onboarding and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies in Switzerland and Germany.
Serve as main HR Operations contact for employees, managers, payroll providers, and external partners.
Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, and reporting while ensuring data integrity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-country HR projects.
