Job summary

CTC Resourcing Solutions in Bern is seeking a Senior Manager Learning Solutions for a 6-month contract. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR, Talent Partners, and business leaders to align learning priorities with talent strategy and drive adoption of global programs.

You will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable learning solutions, conduct needs assessments, apply adult learning principles, and create measurable experiences for global audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business, psychology, ID, or related field.
• 4+ years managing cross-functional global projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• 7+ years in L&D, OD, HR, or workforce capability; strong intercultural skills.

For their Bern office, we are currently recruiting for a:

Senior Manager Learning Solutions

on a 6-month contract.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Talent Partners, and business leaders. Build partnerships to align learning priorities with talent strategy and drive adoption of global learning programs.
• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable learning solutions. Conduct needs assessments, apply adult learning principles, and create engaging, measurable experiences for global audiences.
• Program-manage enterprise-wide learning initiatives, from planning to post-launch evaluation. Improve standards, processes, and technology utilization (e.g., Workday Learning) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track KPIs like learner engagement, adoption rates, and skill attainment to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field. A plus, if you have a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field.
• At least 4 years experience in managing complex cross-functional global projects including stakeholder engagement and vendor contracts.
• At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Workforce Capability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural intelligence to build relationships across diverse business functions and influence stakeholders and decision-makers globally.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools, skills assessment technologies, data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI.
• A plus, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CPTD, ATD, Prosci®, Insights® or other professional certification.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and organizational change initiatives would be a great plus.
