Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition (Europe) based in Zug, Switzerland. The role is hybrid and onsite 4 days per week, working with Europe business leaders to shape and execute the talent strategy across Commercial, Medical, and G&A functions.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple European countries, build pipelines, manage external partners, and drive improvements in process, governance, and candidate experience while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
• Fluent English; German and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple European countries for Commercial, Medical, Global Supply Chain & Tech Ops, Regulatory, Quality, and G&A functions.
• Partner with business leaders, Human Resources, and Total Rewards to anticipate hiring needs and develop sourcing approaches.
• Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical roles across Europe.
• Oversee relationships with executive search firms and external talent partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Lead talent attraction initiatives and employer branding to strengthen pipelines and market presence.
