Job summary

We are seeking a seasoned Culture, Engagement & Learning Lead for Europe to shape and deliver employee and manager experiences across the European organization. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on program delivery and requires close collaboration with European leadership, HR Partners, People Operations and global teams.

You will build and scale programs from onboarding to manager development, while supporting engagement, talent and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience across Culture, Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Experience in a global and growing organization.
• Broad experience across employee experience, onboarding, manager development, learning, engagement, talent and performance management.
• Strong track record partnering with senior leaders, HR business partners and cross-functional HR teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, delivering programs.
• Strong program management and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to use feedback and data to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Culture, Engagement & Learning partner for Europe, aligning with leadership and HR teams.
• Translate global programs into effective European initiatives while adapting to regional needs.
• Lead and improve the European onboarding experience from Day 1 to integration.
• Deliver and facilitate manager development programs and learning sessions.
• Collaborate on employee engagement surveys and translate insights into actions.
• Support talent and performance processes including goal setting, reviews and talent reviews.
• Identify development needs and work with global teams to create solutions.
• Ensure values and culture are embedded in onboarding and learning activities.
• Act as Europe HR systems ambassador, especially Workday, across onboarding and learning.
• Scale processes and programs to support a growing European organization.
• Provide European insights to global teams for program improvements.
