Zusammenfassung

ELCA Switzerland and Europe is seeking an HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage Swiss payroll, benefits and compensation programs across EMEA. You will support salary reviews, data reporting, and policy development in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR with 8+ years of relevant experience, strong HRIS knowledge, and excellent French and English communication; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR; HR Brevet federal is a strong advantage.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous Swiss compensation and benefits experience; European experience is a plus.
• Familiar with HRIS and implementation experience.
• Strong experience with compensation analysis and compensation payments.
• Knowledge of incentives and benefits.
• Excellent communication in French and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support Swiss payroll and related administration end-to-end, including changes, absences and year-end processing.
• Assist with the global Annual Salary Review and contribute to salary/benefits packages.
• Contribute to development of ELCA’s benefits policy and EMEA initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and run compensation analytics and KPIs.
• Contribute to HRIS improvements and tools like the Annual Salary Review tool.
• Monitor compensation trends and best practices and participate in projects.
