SSE Group (Société Suisse des Explosifs Group) in collaboration with Ganci Partners is seeking a Group HR Manager to define and drive the HR strategy across eight European countries from Sierre, Valais. You will build and structure the Group HR function with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and report directly to the Group CEO.

You bring 10+ years of HR leadership in international settings, with broad expertise across talent management, compensation & benefits, relations, recruitment, and HR

Qualificações

• At least 10 years of HR experience, including leadership in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or German are desirable.
• Willingness to travel about 20% across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the HR strategy across the Group.
• Advise the CEO and management on people, organizational and workforce matters.
• Develop common HR practices in recruitment, talent and succession planning, performance management, development and training.
• Define Group compensation & benefits principles and coordinate salary reviews, bonus processes, benchmarking and senior management remuneration.
• Oversee employee relations, labour law and HR compliance, with local management and external specialists where required.
• Develop the Group HRIS, HR data and KPIs, and harmonize HR processes across entities.
• Support organizational change, acquisitions and integrations, fostering a common Group culture.
• Lead cross-functional and international HR projects.
