Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience planning and coordinating travel and accommodation for large events.
• 1–3 years' experience as a production coordinator in a broadcast/production company.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France required.
• MS Office proficient.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Service-minded and solution-oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to handle stress.
• Proven ability to work in a team and communicate easily.
• Experience with databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating accommodation and travel requirements for tournament staff and suppliers
• Managing and following up on service requests from internal stakeholders and project teams
• Supporting the delivery of training activities and associated services
• Maintaining and updating the EURO 2028 staffing plan database, ensuring information is accurate
• Providing database training, guidance and first-line support to project teams
• Supporting change management activities during the tournament
• Supporting the delivery of other UEFA events if required
