Aufgaben

• Coordinate accommodation and travel requirements for tournament staff and suppliers.
• Manage and follow up on service requests from internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Support the delivery of training activities and associated services.
• Maintain and update the staffing plan database, ensuring information is accurate.
• Provide database training, guidance and first-line support to project teams.
• Support change management activities during the tournament.
