Job summary

UEFA is seeking a EURO Central Services Coordinator based in Nyon, Switzerland, to plan, coordinate and deliver logistics support for staff and suppliers during the EURO 2028 tournament. The role focuses on accommodation planning and travel arrangements with UEFA's travel partners, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate across internal stakeholders and external suppliers, manage a staffing database and support change management during the event.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience planning and coordinating travel and accommodation for large events.
• Alternativly 1–3 years experience as a production coordinator in a broadcast and production company.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France expected; MS Office proficient; advanced project management skills; service-minded and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating accommodation and travel requirements for tournament staff and suppliers
• Managing and following up on service requests from internal stakeholders and project teams
• Supporting the delivery of training activities and associated services
• Maintaining and updating the EURO 2028 staffing plan database, ensuring information is accurate
• Providing database training, guidance and first-line support to project teams
• Supporting change management activities during the tournament
• Supporting the delivery of other UEFA events if required
