Job summary

UEFA is seeking a Venue Logistics Assistant in Nyon to join the Venue Logistics (VLOG) team for UEFA EURO 2028 and selected finals. You will manage on-site logistics planning, coordinate with venues, suppliers and staff, and support training and resource allocation for multiple events across venues and the IBC.

The role requires 1–3 years in event coordination, strong project management, and fluent English, with relocation to Switzerland/France expected and a hybrid work model (WFH up to one day

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ professional experience in event coordination, covering pre-event planning and on-site operational delivery.
• Previous experience in sporting events would be an asset.
• Experience in multicultural environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site venue logistics manager for UEFA finals, overseeing planning, implementation, operation and dismantling of venue services.
• Lead the planning and coordination of venue logistics services for finals, defining requirements and delivery plans with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage venue logistics concepts including offices, workspaces, furniture, fencing, storage and staff facilities.
• Coordinate suppliers, stadium representatives and volunteers to ensure services meet timelines and budgets.
• Assist budgeting, procurement and reporting activities and contribute to reviews and debriefs.
