About the Role

The EURO Central Services Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and delivery of support service logistics for staff and suppliers working on the UEFA EURO 2028 tournament. The role is responsible for supporting the planning and allocation of accommodation, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for international staff in collaboration with UEFA's in-house travel agency, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. During the tournament, the postholder supports change management by handling service requests, processing amendments to pre-booked services and liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure operational continuity. Reporting to the EURO Central Services Team Leader, the role involves close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers, contributing to a fast-paced team environment and providing operational and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of essential tournament services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodation and travel requirements for tournament staff and suppliers
• Manage and follow up on service requests from internal stakeholders and project teams
• Support the delivery of training activities and associated services
• Maintain and update the EURO 2028 staffing plan database, ensuring information is accurate
• Provide database training, guidance and first-line support to project teams
• Support change management activities during the tournament
• Support the delivery of other UEFA events if required

Required Experience & Qualifications

• From 1 to 3 years' experience planning and coordinating travel and accommodation for large events
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English
