Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Low-touch Customer Success Manager based in Switzerland to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts remotely across EMEA. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and renewal, translating product usage into measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to drive retention, expansion, and scalable CS programs while maintaining proactive account health and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers.
- Ability to lead kickoffs, onboarding, and quarterly reviews.
- Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Commercial experience with renewals, upsell, and expansion.
- Strong analytical skills translating usage into ROI and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage ~30 enterprise customers across EMEA as the post-sales lead.
- Lead kickoffs, success planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences.
- Maintain engagement cadence with health checks and business reviews.
- Identify risks, escalations, and drive value realization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product.
- Contribute to scalable CS playbooks and processes.
