Jobgether is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager for the Italian-speaking market, remote across Europe. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, act as trusted advisor, drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth while coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Based in Europe, you will build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrate ROI of the platform, identify expansion opportunities, and help customers achieve measurable outcomes using

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience in Customer Success or similar roles within B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving KPIs such as retention and expansion.
• Strong ability to communicate ROI and value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Europe with focus on Italian-speaking customers.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to drive product adoption and success.
• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite.
• Monitor customer health, performance against KPIs, and retention risks; conduct business reviews.
