Zusammenfassung

Amazon Web Services in Zürich seeks an experienced AWS Technical Account Manager to partner with Enterprise Support customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, craft strategies, and drive adoption of AWS services while keeping environments operationally healthy.

You’ll lead technical discussions, collaborate with Solutions Architects and Sales Account Managers, and help customers balance cost, risk, and performance as they migrate to the cloud.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple domains (compute, storage, network, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data/analytics, security, applications in distributed systems).
• Experience in technical engineering.
• Fluency in written and spoken German.

Aufgaben

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers through to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Solve problems as customers migrate workloads to the cloud.
• Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops and other enablement sessions.
