Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Support in Zurich to act as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. You will guide adoption of AWS services, craft strategies, and keep customer environments healthy while driving value across workloads.

In this role you will build relationships with diverse stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with AWS teams to deliver proactive support and enablement workshops.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across three areas in a distributed environment.
• Experience in technical engineering.
• Fluency in written and spoken German.

Aufgaben

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance while advocating for the customer.
• Keep AWS environments operationally healthy, reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships by understanding business and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Collaborate with partners from developers to executives.
• Work with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales teams.
• Proactively find opportunities for additional value from AWS.
• Assist customers migrating workloads to the cloud and run enablement sessions.
