Zusammenfassung

Amazon seeks an AWS Technical Account Manager in Zürich to act as a trusted advisor for Enterprise Support customers. You will architect cloud solutions, drive adoption of AWS services and guide teams from engineers to executives through complex incidents and strategic decisions.

You will build trusted relationships, discuss incident trade-offs, and uplift customer capabilities with workshops and enablement sessions while ensuring environments are healthy and cost-efficient.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in written and spoken German.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data/security.
• Experience in technical engineering with distributed systems.

Aufgaben

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discussions about incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers to executives.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Solve a variety of problems as customers migrate workloads to the cloud.
• Upskill customers by running workshops and enablement sessions.
