Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in event management, learning experience design, or similar roles.
• Ability to translate business objectives into engaging learning journeys and experiences.
• Fluent in English and French (C1); German is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for executive participants, corporate clients, and international groups.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging educational journeys.
• Coordinate training solutions, personalized programs, and study tours.
• Work with Executive Education Sales teams to identify opportunities and support client acquisition.
• Participate in proposals and client presentations as needed.
• Help strengthen EHL's position as a trusted educational partner and global reference in hospitality and service management.
