Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead to spearhead the Options Engineering team. You will drive continuous improvement of the systematic options trading platform, including automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in systematic trading with strong Rust/C/C++ skills and a track record in low-latency systems. European time zones or US East Coast work hours are preferred, with flexible remote options.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust, C++, or C; willing to deepen Rust proficiency.
• Deep understanding of automated quoting, execution, pricing, and risk controls.
• Experience with production-grade distributed systems and reliable trading infra.
• SQL databases in production, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Familiarity with testing approaches and validation practices.

• Lead and grow the Options Engineering team, ~7 engineers.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure and systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product, and infra teams.
