Keyrock seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will design, build, and operate low-latency trading infrastructure as part of a fully remote, globally distributed team in European time zones.

You should have production-grade Rust skills, experience in systematic trading, and a solid background in cloud and network performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT/Market Making/Quantitative Trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-aware infrastructure and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python for strategy development and automation.
• Familiarity with trading protocols (FIX/REST/WebSocket) and market data feeds.
• Knowledge of low-latency networking and kernel bypass techniques.
• Experience with agentic engineering tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, observability, and operability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and data handling.
• Lead engineering standards through reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership.
• Embrace AI-assisted workflows and automation to advance tooling and processes.
• Contribute to testing for critical trading components.
