Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our Options Engineering team and advance our systematic options trading platform. You will drive architecture, ensure reliability, and coordinate with traders, quants, risk, product, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in systematic trading or low-latency systems.
• Strong Rust, C++, or C expertise; willing to deepen Rust.
• Experience with automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls.
• Experience with SQL databases in production (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed systems and production reliability.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team (~7 engineers).
• Own and evolve Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure and system design.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product, and infra.
• Balance latency, reliability, safety, and delivery speed.
• Drive continuous improvement of trading infrastructure.
