Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer for its Capital Markets division. You will design, build, and operate high-performance trading systems, implementing end-to-end ownership from architecture to production in a fully remote role across European time zones.

You will collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to boost performance, reliability, and observability, while leveraging AI-assisted workflows and scalable automation in a fast-paced, profitable environment.

Qualifikationen

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT/Market Making/Quantitative Trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency considerations, troubleshooting, and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for strategy development and tooling.
• Deep familiarity with trading protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and market data feeds.
• Knowledge of low-latency networking, kernel bypass concepts (DPDK).
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-first IDEs, and automation workflows.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and guide complex implementations.
