Keyrock, a leading digital asset market maker, seeks a Head of Engineering to lead the Options Engineering team. You will drive improvements across the trading infrastructure, automate quoting, execution and risk controls, and guide production reliability.

This role suits an expert in systematic options trading, with strong Rust/C/C++ skills and a track record in low-latency environments. Based in Europe or US East time zones, remote-friendly with hubs in multiple cities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading systems.
• Hands-on Rust, C++, or C; willingness to deepen Rust expertise.
• Strong knowledge of automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls and market data workflows.
• Experience with SQL databases in production, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Familiarity with testing and production-grade validation; distributed systems basics.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Provide technical direction across trading infra, design, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product and infrastructure stakeholders.
