Qualifikationen

• Production‑grade Rust experience building high‑performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands‑on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infrastructure trade‑offs for latency‑sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development, automation, and tooling.
• Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and market data feeds.
• Solid grasp of low‑latency networking: TCP/UDP, latency path analysis, kernel bypass techniques.
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools and AI‑First workflows and tooling.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and guide implementation across complex systems.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission‑critical trading systems
• Own key trading stack components end‑to‑end — from architecture through to production operation
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
• Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
• Embrace agentic engineering: leverage AI‑assisted workflows and automation
• Contribute to functional, component, and production‑readiness testing for critical trading components
