Kanebo Cosmetics (Europa) AG in Zürich seeks a Sales & Training Supervisor for Travel Retail EMEA. The role combines field sales supervision, coaching SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants, and ensuring retail execution across airports and ferries with strong focus on sales targets.

You will travel 60–70% across the EMEA region, lead training sessions, conduct knowledge checks, and work with VM checks to maintain brand standards. Fluent English required; additional European language is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience training and coaching retail beauty teams.
• Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer journey.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Travel Retail sales targets through on-the-floor coaching.
• Train SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Perform VM checks and advise on brand standards to maximise conversion.
• Track training completion, outcomes, and follow-up actions; prepare reports in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with sales and trade marketing for materials and topics.
