Wella Company is seeking a Global Senior Marketing & Travel Marketing Manager for a 6-month on-site assignment in Petit-Lancy, GE, CH. You will own the TR marketing calendar, budget, and end-to-end campaigns for a premium beauty portfolio, coordinating cross-functionally with brand teams, sales, and airport operators to ensure impactful activations.

The role requires strong experience in travel retail, beauty categories, and a blended marketing/trade marketing background, with English mandatory

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Economics preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in global/regional marketing and/or trade marketing roles.
• Travel Retail channel experience mandatory with knowledge of operators and airport dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Lead TR marketing calendar and 360 launch plans across premium portfolio.
• Adapt global campaigns to Travel Retail and ensure win-at-airport shelf readiness.
• Coordinate with brand, sales, and operators; manage budgets and ROI.
• Develop TR-exclusive product and value-set strategies in collaboration with sales.
• Lead events and activations, including major trade shows and store visits.
