Clarins Group in Geneva is seeking a Marketing & Merchandising Specialist to support the Export Europe Hub. You will drive makeup category strategy, coordinate launches, and ensure best-in-class merchandising across European markets.

In this fast-paced, multinational role, you will collaborate with HQ, distributors and local teams to optimise assortment, planograms and POS visuals while upholding brand guidelines and excellence in execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Operational Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management and Merchandising in Beauty.
• Experience coordinating launches across multiple markets with stakeholders.
• Strong merchandising knowledge: POS, planograms, assortment management.
• Solid analytics for forecasts, sales, category analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of merchandising tools is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to Makeup category strategy for Export Europe and define launch ambitions.
• Coordinate forecasts for new launches and promotions with HQ, Commercial, Supply Chain and distributors.
• Support and validate operational execution of Makeup launches across the region.
• Monitor category performance and feedback to inform strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate POS visualization and merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support openings and refits across the region, aligning assortments and planograms.
• Analyse sales data to optimise assortment and shelf profitability.
