Job summary

The North Face EMEA in Stabio, Switzerland is seeking a Travel Retail Manager to lead our wholesale Travel Retail business across the EMEA region. You will build partnerships with operators, drive revenue growth, manage forecasts and execute seasonal plans to maximize brand presence.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Marketing to ensure product availability, successful launches and consistent brand storytelling across travel retail locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Travel Retail leadership within apparel/footwear or premium goods.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead The North Face Travel Retail business across EMEA, driving revenue and brand visibility.
• Develop partnerships with travel retail operators, distributors and airports.
• Manage the business plan, delivering revenue, margin and inventory targets.
• Create seasonal commercial plans and ensure optimal product assortment.
• Forecast with Planning teams to optimize inventory and growth.
• Execute sell-in and action plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing and Retail teams for launches.
• Support channel growth initiatives and openings of stores and corners.
• Conduct regular business reviews leveraging consumer and market insights.
