Job summary

Vans EMEA is seeking an exceptional Merchandiser Apparel and Accessories to join our Merchandising team in Stabio, Switzerland. This role supports the Apparel and Accessories category for the EMEA Wholesale line, delivering strategic and executional merchandising and Go-to-Market initiatives.

You will leverage knowledge of the wholesale landscape, adapt global assortments to regional accounts, work with planning and commercial teams, and influence product and brand strategy across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Design, Retail Merchandising or Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale/EMEA markets and Go-to-Market processes.
• Experience in account meetings, negotiations and brand alignment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to adapt assortments regionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global merchandising strategy across regional marketplace.
• Curate assortments for wholesale accounts with demand-driven attributes.
• Partner with planning to build revenue-driving assortments.
• Participate in in-season management and sales analysis for immediate actions.
• Monitor marketplace trends and competitive landscape.
• Identify white spaces and ensure regional channel needs are met.
