Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Media & Social Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Performance Marketing team in Stabio, Switzerland on a 1-year temporary contract. You will drive TikTok Shop development across EMEA and support Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social initiatives, coordinating with agencies, creators and internal teams.

You will manage launches from planning to optimization, monitor performance, and build dashboards.

Qualifications

2+ years in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or E-commerce.
Experience in Affiliate Marketing is required.
Experience with TikTok Shop or Social Commerce preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with TikTok Shop, Impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Google Analytics.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Passion for The North Face brand.

Responsibilities

Lead TikTok Shop development and launch across EMEA markets.
Define the launch roadmap, testing strategy, KPIs and success metrics.
Coordinate operational workstreams for launch (platform setup, feeds, inventory, content, creator activation).
Partner with TikTok, agencies and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
Drive test-and-learn optimization and future scaling.
Monitor performance, build dashboards, and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with Influencer and Content teams to align content with brand standards while maximizing engagement and conversion.
Support Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social activation and reporting.
Ensure consistency across social commerce, affiliate and paid social initiatives.
