Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education in Business, Design, Retail Merchandising or Marketing is nice to have.
• Experience in wholesale merchandising and Go-to-Market processes.
• Ability to tailor global assortments to regional wholesale accounts while preserving brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute global merchandising strategy through regional marketplace strategy.
• Align with regional market dynamics and consumer preferences.
• Tailor product assortments for wholesale accounts and partner with commercial teams.
• Curate assortments with demand-driving attributes and influence external adoption.
• Collaborate with planning to create revenue-driving, profitable assortments.
• Participate in in-season management and drive action-oriented next steps.
• Monitor marketplace trends and maintain awareness of competitive dynamics.
