Job summary

The North Face EMEA in Stabio, Switzerland is seeking a Digital Content Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end product content workflows, ensuring PDP assets and descriptions are delivered accurately and on time.

You will collaborate with ecommerce merchandising, content and creative teams and external agencies to maintain data quality and readiness across digital channels, coordinating asset delivery and content translation where needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital content operations, merchandising operations, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product content workflows and sample management.
• Own shipment coordination of marketing samples for campaigns.
• Maintain and validate product line lists for content readiness.
• Track and deliver digital assets to internal systems and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, creative, ecommerce, and external vendors for timely content delivery.
• Coordinate product description creation, review, and translation activities.
• Identify and resolve product/content discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks for content accuracy and completeness.
• Support process improvements and operational reporting.
