Job summary

On in Zurich seeks a Head of Product Merchandising – Performance Footwear Verticals (EMEA) to define regional vision, range architecture, and commercial performance for Run, Train, Tennis and expanding segments like Football and Golf.

You will lead a cross‑functional merchandising team, bridge Global Product Creation with regional execution across Wholesale, DtC, and Retail, and embed data‑driven forecasting and AI tools to optimize line productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product merchandising, buying, or line planning.
• Leadership experience building and growing teams.
• Deep knowledge of performance footwear and sportswear.
• Proven ability to balance mature lines with new categories.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Define regional product strategy, range architecture and line plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Wholesale, DtC‑Ecom, and DtC‑Retail.
• Manage SKU productivity, lifecycle, and hero franchise growth.
• Drive data‑driven forecasting and AI‑assisted planning.
• Represent regional needs to Global Product Creation and Design.
