Our client in Lausanne, Switzerland seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives. You will align HR practices with objectives, contribute to organizational effectiveness, and help build a high-performing, multicultural workforce.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong expertise across recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR processes.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with objectives.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
• Develop and implement people solutions for attraction, development, retention, succession, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex HR matters and navigate organizational challenges.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning and headcount budgeting.
• Coach managers on recruitment processes, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Identify development programs with Learning & Development teams.
• Contribute to budgeting, headcount planning, and compensation review cycles.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
