Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the European region to drive growth in high-speed signal digitizers and data acquisition hardware/software. You will own strategic accounts, develop new business, and collaborate with design and applications teams from concept to production.

The role requires prospecting, qualifying accounts, building penetration strategies, and managing quotes while maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel up to 35% across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics or closely related discipline.
• 4+ years experience in semiconductor or electronics sales or applications support seeking move into sales.
• Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Experience or exposure to medical, life sciences, or photonics markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven mindset with confidence to win business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new opportunities, qualify and develop target accounts.
• Develop penetration strategies from design-in through production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand customer systems and promote solutions.
• Manage quotes from budgetary stage through to production.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the voice of the customer across functions.
• Provide market insight and forecast updates to senior leadership.
• Travel across the region up to 35%.
