Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Region HR Business Partner for EMEA S&M to translate business priorities into practical people actions, drive organization effectiveness, and support talent, capability building, engagement and well‑being across the region.

The role partners with local HR teams, CoEs and senior leaders to ensure execution, identify skill gaps, deploy learning solutions, and align reward strategies with business needs.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of HR experience in international, matrixed environments.
• Proven track record as HR Manager or HR Business Partner translating priorities into actions.
• Strong experience with senior leaders, stakeholders, coaching on complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic HR activities aligned with global strategy.
• Advise on engagement, performance, retention, and well‑being.
• Identify skill gaps and support learning and development for commercial teams.
• Collaborate with local HR partners to execute regional strategies.
