Job summary

Mirabaud Group in Geneva or Zurich seeks a proactive Wealth Management professional to build and manage a portfolio of external asset managers. You will develop relationships with prospects and clients, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored investment solutions.

You will monitor your pipeline against personal and team objectives, collaborate with a Team Head when needed, and promote the bank's products through personalized contacts while upholding a high standard of client service

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• Strong network within the EAM market, both in Switzerland and abroad.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sales orientation.
• Proven ability to build relationships with prospects and clients.
• Naturally collaborative and a persuasive communicator.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Persistent and client-focused.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively create a portfolio of self-acquired clients with focus on the External Asset Managers market (EAM).
• Monitor your pipeline according to the objectives (individual & team).
• Create and build a trust-based relationship with the clients through regular and personalized contacts.
• Ascertain and assess the client's financial situation and overall objectives with the support of a Team Head if needed.
• Provide general wealth management services to the clients, namely by formulating integrated solutions based on the client's objectives.
• Proactively promote the Bank's products and services to clients, by providing them with tailors-made investment solutions.
