Zusammenfassung

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a senior CRM & Loyalty Architect in Zürich to design and deliver customer engagement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

You will lead architecture, coordinate migrations, and act as SME in client engagements while collaborating with stakeholders across global teams. The role is hybrid with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

Architect-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure services.
Experience with migration tools (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft).
CRM architecture, integration patterns, and client-facing delivery.
Familiarity with Success by Design, workshop facilitation, and pre-sales.
