Zusammenfassung

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking an MS Dynamics Architect with German to design and deliver CRM and loyalty solutions based on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, and Dataverse. You will lead architecture, guide migrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable, secure architectures.

This role requires SME-level knowledge of Azure services, data integration patterns, and a client-facing mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Architect-level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Sales and Customer Insights, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions).
• Proven migrations experience using tools like Azure Data Factory and KingswaySoft.
• Strong CRM architecture knowledge: data models, security, scalability.
• Experience in client-facing roles, discovery workshops, and pre-sales support.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions based on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights and Dataverse.
• Translate client needs into scalable, secure solution architectures.
• Define and implement integration patterns between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and surrounding systems.
• Lead or support Dynamics 365 migration programs.
• Serve as SME in client engagements, governance, and pre-sales activities.
