Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Engineer to strengthen our Client Lifecycle team. You will design and implement scalable APIs and backend services across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Azure, and custom AI agents.

You will own the full development lifecycle from design to production, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to ensure resilience and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and PowerPlatform or other SAAS solutions.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure cloud architecture.
• Experience handling sensitive data (PII) in regulated environments.
• Proactive mindset with collaboration and problem-solving focus.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement scalable solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM PowerPlatform and Azure.
• Design and implement APIs and backend services in C#/Azure and Java/Quarkus.
• Design and implement Java and/or Python based AI agents.
• Build and manage integrations using Azure Functions and API Management.
• Configure and secure Azure infrastructure for integration scenarios.
• Ensure high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to ensure resilience, observability, and compliance.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from design to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
