Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in delivery leadership roles (Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Lead) within consulting or IT services.
• Strong background in managing complex projects and client stakeholder relationships.
• Experience governing delivery under MSAs and SOWs, including scope and change management.
• Understanding of data privacy and delivery obligations.
• Technical exposure to ERP environments, cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS or GCP) and system integrations.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle with Agile and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as coding assistants, agentic frameworks and large language model APIs.
• Ability to identify and quantify AI use cases and articulate value to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and French.
