Job summary

EPAM Systems in Switzerland invites a Senior Delivery Manager to lead AI-native delivery for pharmaceutical clients. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and margin across multiple engagements, embedding AI and data practices across the lifecycle.

You will build distributed teams, govern governance forums with senior stakeholders, ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity, and shape pricing and delivery models in line with AI-driven productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, cloud and AI/ML solutions.
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA and data integrity in validated environments.
• GxP-regulated delivery experience in pharma or life sciences.

Responsibilities

The industry expects delivery that is not only fast and reliable but also stands up to scrutiny from both business and compliance leaders. This Senior Delivery Manager role is hybrid, based in Switzerland and centers on AI-native delivery for clients who cannot afford missteps. You will shape how delivery is run, embedding AI and data practices across the engineering lifecycle and operating model. The mandate is to ensure outcomes, quality and compliance are achieved at scale, with measured results that matter to clients. The work is visible at the highest levels, and the stakes are real.
