Job summary

ANYbotics in Zurich is seeking a Deal Desk / Commercial Sales Support professional to streamline pricing, quoting, contracting, approvals, POs, invoicing and renewals across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations. You’ll reduce bottlenecks, standardise workflows and enable the global sales team to move deals faster while maintaining accuracy and controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management or a closely related role.
• Experience across multiple stages of the deal-to-cash or quote-to-cash process.
• Experience with pricing, quoting, contracts, approval workflows, purchase orders, order entry and invoicing handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the commercial process across pricing, quoting, contracting, internal approvals, purchase orders, system entry, invoicing and renewals.
• Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations, keeping live deals moving and resolving operational blockers.
• Reduce the administrative burden on Sales by creating clear ownership, reliable handoffs and repeatable commercial workflows.
• Improve how commercial information flows between HubSpot, SAP and downstream Finance and Operations processes.
• Establish consistent pricing, quoting, contracting and approval processes with appropriate controls and clear visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks and manual workarounds in the current process and implement practical improvements that increase speed, accuracy and scalability.
